Dater Foundation Connects Children to History at the Harriet Beecher Stowe House

Thanks to generous funding from the Charles H. Dater Foundation, children throughout the Cincinnati region connect to dynamic historical programming at the Harriet Beecher Stowe House all year long .

​From 19th century crafts during "Families Unite" Day, to children's concerts in partnership with Linton Chamber Music's Peanut Butter & Jam series, to inclusion in a museum exhibit, kids (and their grownups!), are enriched through history and self-expression.

Visitors of all ages learn the two eras of history showcased in the museum's recent full-house restoration project and practice joining their voices for truth in the nation's struggle toward freedom and humanity for all.
